The Republican Party Can’t be Trusted
A look at the demographic transformation reshaping Florida and Texas...
Florida and Texas are sold as the glittering proof of Republican success, bastions of growth and prosperity that supposedly show the world how conservatism wins. Step past the billboards and glossy press releases, however, and another reality emerges. These states have become sprawling multiracial bazaars, unrecognizable to the generations who once made them strong. What is marketed as dynamism is in a slow-motion erasure, a betrayal dressed up as victory.
Republican leaders never tire of touting the economic achievements of their flagship states. Florida and Texas have indeed experienced substantial economic growth, with Florida’s economy expanding significantly since the 1990s and Texas becoming a magnet for business relocations. These states boast lower taxes, business-friendly regulations, and impressive job creation numbers that Republican politicians cite endlessly during campaign season.
Texas has positioned itself as the energy capital of America while diversifying into technology and manufacturing. Florida has built a robust tourism industry alongside growing aerospace and agricultural sectors. Both states have experienced population booms, with Texas gaining two additional congressional seats and Florida gaining one seat following the 2020 census. This growth has been celebrated as vindication of conservative economic policies.
Yet this supposed success story masks a demographic catastrophe that Republican leaders refuse to acknowledge. The very population growth they celebrate represents the replacement of the existing American population with foreign migrants who fundamentally alter the character and political trajectory of these states.
Beneath the veneer of economic prosperity lies a demographic transformation so radical it represents nothing less than the peaceful conquest of American territory. The numbers are staggering and undeniable.
Florida’s demographic shift has been particularly dramatic. The state’s non-Hispanic White population plummeted from 83.1% in 1990 to an estimated 51.5% in 2020 — a significant decline of nearly 32 percentage points in just 30 years. This represents the transformation of Florida from an overwhelmingly White majority state to one approaching majority-minority status. The Hispanic/Latino population exploded from 12.2% in 1990 to 26.5% by 2020, with this group accounting for over half (53.8%) of the state’s total population growth between 2010 and 2020 alone. The non-Latino population increased by a mere 8.7% during the same period.
Texas has undergone an even more striking demographic transformation, culminating in a historic milestone: for the first time, Hispanic and Latino residents now constitute the largest demographic group in the state. They make up 40.2% of the population, surpassing the 39.4% of Texans who identify as non-Hispanic White. The scale of this shift becomes even clearer when viewed historically — in 1990, non-Hispanic Whites represented roughly 60.6% of the state’s population. Between 2010 and 2020, minority populations accounted for 95.3% of Texas’s population growth of nearly 4 million people, with non-Hispanic Whites contributing only 4.7%.
International migration has been the primary driver of these changes. In 2024, Florida had the highest rate of international migration in the nation. Natural increase has also favored younger, more diverse populations, as Hispanic families maintain higher birth rates than non-Hispanic Whites. These demographic projections suggest the trends will continue through at least 2050, with Texas Hispanics expected to comprise 42.7% of the population by mid-century while non-Hispanic Whites decline to 28.6%.
The scope of immigration—both legal and illegal—feeding this transformation is massive. Florida hosts approximately 5.0 million foreign-born residents as of 2023, representing 22% of the state’s population. While the majority have legal status, Florida maintains between 590,000 and 770,000 illegal immigrants, representing the third-largest illegal alien population nationally. Texas hosts 5.5 million foreign-born residents (17.9% of the population), including an estimated 1.7 million illegal aliens—nearly three times Florida’s illegal alien population and 5.6% of the state’s total population.
The demographic transformation of Florida and Texas becomes even more damning when considered alongside the Republican Party’s comprehensive political control of these states. This is not a case of Democrats implementing open borders policies over Republican objections—this is Republican-enabled mass migration occurring under complete GOP dominance.
Florida Republicans have held trifecta control for 26 out of 36 years (72.2%) from 1990 to 2025. The state achieved Republican trifectas in two distinct periods: 1999-2009 (11 consecutive years) and 2011-2025 (15 consecutive years of ongoing control). Even more telling, Florida Republicans achieved supermajorities for 8 years, holding two-thirds majorities in both legislative chambers during 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024.
Texas Republicans have maintained even more consistent control, holding trifecta control for 23 out of 36 years (63.9%) with 23 consecutive years of Republican control from 2003 to 2025. Texas Republicans achieved supermajorities for 6 years: 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020, with the Republican supermajority peaking in 2010 when Republicans gained 101 of 150 House seats (67%).
The Republican supermajority grants exceptional powers, including the ability to override gubernatorial vetoes, fast-track controversial legislation, and pass constitutional amendments without Democratic support. Yet despite wielding this unprecedented power for decades, Republicans have presided over demographic changes that would make the most radical open borders advocate proud.
At the federal level, both states maintain Republican supermajorities in their congressional delegations. Florida’s congressional delegation consists of 22 Republicans out of 30 total members (73.3% Republican), while Texas fields 27 Republicans out of 40 total members (67.5% Republican). These Republicans control key committees and hold significant influence within the national party yet have proven completely ineffective at limiting immigration flows into their own states.
The explanation for this systematic failure lies in the Republican Party’s complete capture by corporate interests that view mass immigration as essential for maintaining cheap labor supplies. The financial relationships between pro-immigration corporate lobbies and Republican politicians reveal a party that has sold out its electoral base for corporate dollars and quick profits.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the largest business lobbying organization and a known booster of mass migration, demonstrates overwhelming Republican preference. The Chamber has consistently donated 70-95% of its contributions to Republicans since 1990, spending $76.4 million on lobbying in 2024 with significant portions dedicated to immigration expansion.
Sen. Ted Cruz received a major endorsement and multi-city tour support from Chamber leadership in 2024, despite all his chest-pounding about restricting immigration. The Chamber’s endorsement of Cruz over Colin Allred was particularly telling, as the Chamber had previously endorsed Allred in his House races.
Similarly, the National Association of Manufacturers contributed $297,500 to Republicans (70.4%) versus $125,000 to Democrats (29.6%) in the 2021-2022 election cycle. NAM explicitly advocates for increased employment-based immigration quotas, reform of temporary worker programs, and legal status for illegal alien workers. Florida Republican Vernon Buchanan received $10,000 from NAM-PAC, the highest individual recipient of that cycle.
The agriculture industry has also contributed a record $41.3 million to Republicans (69.1%) versus $18.5 million to Democrats (30.9%) in the 2024 election cycle. Tyson Foods affiliates alone contributed $886,000 in the 2024 cycle, with approximately 80% going to Republicans. This is particularly egregious given that Tyson employs 42,000 foreign-born workers (35% of its U.S. workforce) and has stated it “would like to employ another 42,000 immigrants if we could find them.”
To say the Republican Party is fully captured by business interests would be an understatement.
The evidence is overwhelming: the Republican Party cannot and will not defend the demographic integrity of America. Decades of Republican trifecta control in Florida and Texas have produced demographic transformations that would make pro-open borders liberals blush. The party’s complete capture by corporate interests dependent on cheap immigrant labor ensures that campaign rhetoric about border security and immigration enforcement remains nothing more than political theater designed to pacify their electoral constituencies while maintaining the flow of foreign workers their donor’s demand.
Republican entryism has failed catastrophically. The results speak for themselves. Nationalists continue to be excluded from power in the halls of Congress, while establishment Republicans and their equally pro-mass migration Democrat rivals continue to dominate the policymaking process.
Using the same strategy for decades is the definition of futility. The first step toward any meaningful change is recognizing that the Republican Party is not your friend. These politicians will say whatever is necessary during election cycles, but when the moment of truth arrives in legislative chambers, they govern like mass migration boosters and play an indispensable role in accelerating the great replacement of the country’s European population.
Nothing short of a nationalist revolution will reverse these trends. The current system, where corporate interests purchase political influence through massive campaign contributions, ensures that economic considerations will always override demographic concerns.
Activists must stop falling for cheap rhetoric and demand tangible results.—at the very least, roll call votes and attempts to vote on key immigration restriction legislation like mandatory E-Verify, an immigration moratorium, ending chain migration, and ending birthright citizenship. Any politician unwilling to support these basic measures is actively complicit in the ongoing demographic transformation.
The demographic data from Florida and Texas provides irrefutable proof that Republican control means nothing when corporate interests demand continued mass immigration. After decades of GOP governance, both states have become majority-minority or are rapidly approaching that status. The Republican Party’s donors have gotten exactly what they paid for: a steady supply of cheap labor that maximizes corporate profits while destroying the demographic foundation of the American nation.
Anything short of fundamental systemic change is just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. The time for working within a captured Republican Party has passed. The demographic transformation of America’s two largest Republican states under comprehensive GOP control represents the most damning indictment possible of the party’s commitment to its stated principles. Republicans can’t be trusted because they have already proven, through their governing record in Florida and Texas, that they will sacrifice America’s demographic future for corporate donor dollars.
Florida and Texas prove that under Republican rule, prosperity is nothing more than camouflage for the demographic displacement of Whites.

Both states are shitholes. 10 years ago I moved to Alabama to get away from Texas.... guess what? It was virtual paradise (despite the blacks and immigrants who kept to themselves or at least self segregated except in the bigger cities , taxes were low, home prices were reasonable, education was decent, family values were strong, government was minimal) and now is trending in the exact opposite direction. Which is nuts because it's even more hardcore right than either Tx or FL. After Covid everyone wanted to come here. Now it's grown so fast that you can see the immigrants starting to increase exponentially. Here's the weird thing.... the same attitudes that seemed to infect the locals of FL and TX are reproducing here. As long as there is sportsball, big trucks, BBQ, and lotsa shiny things to distract...they don't seem to care.
People need to quickly learn to stop reading between the lines when it comes to political rhetoric. Any politician that wants the support of Whites has to be very clear and direct about their support of White racial interests. It also has to become instantly toxic for any politician to even be suspected of dog whistling support for the interests of jews domestically or abroad. No tolerance for traitors.
