From IDF Fitness Trainer to America's Most Wanted Dating App Bandit
Inside the crime spree of Mia Ventura, the former Israeli Penthouse Pet who authorities say preyed on LA's affluent...
A former Israeli Defense Forces fitness trainer turned Penthouse Pet stands accused of orchestrating an audacious crime wave across Southern California’s most exclusive neighborhoods.
Mia Ventura, whose real name is Adva Lavie, is a 27-year-old Israeli model, OnlyFans content creator, and former Penthouse Pet who has become the primary subject of a criminal investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for allegedly executing a series of burglaries and thefts across Southern California. Born in Israel, Lavie served two years in the Israel Defense Forces as a fitness trainer before transitioning to civilian life. After completing her military service, she worked as a flight attendant for an international airline, but lost her position during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Following the loss of her airline job, Lavie relocated to Los Angeles and pivoted toward modeling and adult content creation. She quickly gained prominence as an OnlyFans model, claiming to be “the first Israeli woman to have an OnlyFans account.” Her rise in the adult entertainment industry culminated in July 2023 when she was featured as Penthouse magazine’s Pet of the Month under her alias, Mia Ventura.
In October 2025, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department publicly identified Lavie as a suspect in a series of residential burglaries throughout Los Angeles County, particularly targeting affluent areas including Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Calabasas. Authorities allege that Lavie operated under multiple aliases—including Mia Ventura, Shoshana, and Shana—to prey upon wealthy older men through social media dating platforms and applications.
According to investigators, Lavie’s calculated modus operandi involved posing as a romantic companion or girlfriend to gain her victims’ trust before systematically burglarizing their homes and stealing cash, credit cards, jewelry, and luxury items. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that she targeted at least 10 victims, though investigators strongly believe there may be significantly more who have yet to come forward.
Multiple sources, including podcast host Michael Sartain, have alleged that Lavie employed chilling intimidation tactics to prevent victims from reporting her criminal activities to authorities. Sartain stated that two men personally told him Lavie threatened them with false sexual assault allegations if they contacted police. According to these disturbing accounts, she would tell victims, “If you go to the cops I will claim that you raped me.”
Sartain is a Las Vegas-based podcast host, lifestyle coach, and founder of the Men of Action mentoring program. He hosts a show called “Access Vegas,” which focuses on topics including dating, relationships, and evolutionary psychology. Sartain’s studio would become the unlikely venue for one of Lavie’s most audacious crimes.
In November 2024, Lavie appeared as a guest on Sartain’s “Access Vegas” podcast during an election night episode. During the live recording, which took place at Sartain’s studio, Lavie allegedly committed theft against multiple female guests—a brazen act of criminality that demonstrated her remarkable audacity and calculated predatory behavior.
According to Sartain and witnesses present that night, approximately 45 minutes into the recording, Lavie excused herself from the panel and went to the green room where the female guests had left their purses. She remained absent for approximately 20-25 minutes, during which time she allegedly rifled through all the women’s bags and stole cash and credit cards.
Eden Lynn, one of the victims present that night, reported that Lavie stole credit cards and $400 in cash from her purse. “I placed a DoorDash order for medicine, and one of the medicines required me to show ID to the driver,” Lynn recounted. “I noticed within a few hours, all my stuff was missing.”
The most damning evidence emerged when Lynn checked her credit card statements and discovered that someone had attempted to charge her American Express card for multiple purchases, including a hair appointment at a high-end Beverly Hills salon. When Lynn contacted the salon, the stylist confirmed the appointment had been booked under the name “Mia Ventura” and provided screenshots from a FaceTime consultation with the suspect, clearly showing Lavie’s face.
“I got in contact with the salon and the stylist she booked with, and they gave me the name it was put under. She sent shots of the consultation FaceTime she did with her and the receipts and text messages,” Lynn said. Remarkably, after committing the thefts, Lavie returned to the podcast set and continued participating in the discussion for the remainder of the recording, appearing “cool as a cucumber” according to Sartain. She sat through the rest of the 90-minute episode with the stolen items in her purse, discussing the election while her victims remained completely unaware of what had transpired.
The pattern of theft extended beyond American borders. Adult film actor Codey Steele reported that Lavie also victimized him and colleagues during a work trip to France for a party company event. According to Steele, while the group was staying at an Airbnb, Lavie allegedly stole designer items and luxury goods from multiple people when they were out. She reportedly targeted “anything with a designer logo.” French authorities were contacted, and Lavie was allegedly forced to return the stolen items.
Jail records indicate that Lavie was arrested on a felony burglary charge in May 2025 but was released after posting bail. Critically, no charges were filed in that case, allowing her to remain free. As of late October 2025, Lavie remains at large and is actively sought by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
When contacted by The Daily Mail in October 2025, Lavie denied all accusations and claimed she was being targeted. She stated: “I think when you probably hang out with someone really powerful and someone really connected, if you piss them off, it’s problematic because they can really f*** you over.” She claimed the allegations were “all new” to her before abruptly ending the call.
Detective Angela Lopez of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed to media outlets that authorities currently have no contact with Lavie and are actively seeking her whereabouts.
The scope of potential victims has also expanded beyond the original profile. While Lavie initially appeared to target older men through dating apps, Detective Lopez revealed that authorities have received reports suggesting she may have also stolen from younger men, women, and even businesses.
In a land marked by Jewish primacy, Jewish criminals can run around with virtual impunity, and when they get caught, walk away with a slap on the wrist. In Lavie’s case, given her previous arrest that resulted in no charges and her continued evasion of authorities, the pattern suggests she may never face meaningful consequences, a testament to a justice system that protects Jewish individuals while her victims are left to wonder if anyone is truly untouchable.
As is life in Empire Judaica.
